12 Days of Christmas Reindeer Run

Jump on the treadmill and get ready for a fun treadmill workout designed by run coach Aubrie Ciervo.
Warm up easy with a few strides for 15 minutes. Do some dynamic stretches and get ready for the main set.
Then you will do:
On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me:
1 - 1 mile pace minute with :60 easy
On the second day of Christmas my true love gave to me:
2 - :30 sec sprints with :30 easy in between
On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me:
3 - :20 speed pickups in a row
On the fourth day of Christmas my true love gave to me:
4% incline :30 seconds :30 easy
On the fifth day of Christmas my true love gave to me:
5k pace for :60 seconds, :60 seconds easy jog
On the sixth day of Christmas my true love gave to me:
6% incline for :60 seconds, :60 seconds easy jog
On the seventh day of Christmas my true love gave to me:
7 - :20 speed increases 7x total, :60 seconds easy jog
On the eighth day of Christmas my true love gave to me:
8 % incline for :60 seconds, :60 easy walk
On the ninth day of Christmas my true love gave to me:
9 - :30 at 1/2 marathon pace on and :30 seconds off
On the tenth of Christmas my true love gave to me:
10k pace :60 seconds :60 off
On the eleventh day of Christmas my true love gave to me:
11 % incline :60 sec :60 off
On the twelfth day of Christmas my true love gave to me:
12 - :15 second mile pace pushes withe :15 seconds jump of or slow down
Run easy for 5-15 minuets to cool down and stretch
