PRECISION INDOOR CYCLING

NEW to the Group Fitness Schedule! Precision Indoor Cycling begins January 7th and is offered Monday - Thursday at 5:30 a.m and on Saturdays at 7:30 a.m. This class is is open to all members wanting to improve their cycling or just get a fun workout in!

BAREFOOT BOOTCAMP

We've added another Barefoot Bootcamp to the Group Fitness schedule! Join Julie on Mondays at 7:30 a.m. for a class that incorporates yoga, kettle bells and cardio intervals.

FAMILY YOGA

Taught by a certified yoga instructor and offered the 3rd Tuesday of each month, Family Yoga is the perfect activity to do with your kids. After all, yoga has shown to help children:

 

  • Develop body awareness

  • Learn how to use their bodies in a healthy way

  • Manage stress through breathing, awareness, meditation and healthy movement

  • Build concentration

  • Increase their confidence and positive self-image

  • Feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group
