Taught by a certified yoga instructor and offered the 3rd Tuesday of each month, Family Yoga is the perfect activity to do with your kids. After all, yoga has shown to help children:

Come join the fun of Family Dodgeball on January 18th starting at 9 a.m. Come with your family to enjoy a light breakfast and participate in some friendly competition. No sign up necessary, just show up to the basketball courts. Ages 6 & up please.
